Megapixels Myth !
Nowadays, we hear a lot about digital camera manufacturers increasing the megapixels of their cameras to lure the public into believing that a higher megapixel camera is better than a lower megapixel one.
Well, too few megapixels compromise the quality of a photograph, but too many is a waste of money !
The number of megapixels largely determines the maximum print size up to which your image can be taken without loss in quality.As the megapixels in a camera increase, the price of the camera also goes up.
Using a 2 or less megapixel camera for instance, you can print photos that are quite good in quality for web based uses, for emails etc....The size required to store these are also pretty less.
Using a 3 megapixel camera, one can easily print stunning 4x6 images and lovely 5x7s . Some cameras of the same megapixels can even print decent 6x9 images.
I myself use a Sony Cybershot 3.2 Megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom.
I hardly take photos in 3.2 megapixels, because when you need to share them with your friends and family via photo sharing applications like Flickr and Picasa, their sites themselves restrict the sizes of each photo to less than 500KB. And a 3.2 megapixel photo takes around 1.5MB(around 1536 KB) of size !
People are crazy about going for cameras with more megapixels, but more isn't always better.

1)How big an image you need to print ?
2) What your budget is ?
This I say so because, there are hardly any improvements in other features of the same company's camera with different megapixels. Higher megapixels also means larger image sizes, which in turn means more expensive memory cards and more storage space required on your hard drive.

When Silence Speaks !!
Who said solitude bores you ? Maybe it does..sometimes, but it doesn't necessarily..it makes u think..that's the fact..!
Imagine, you are moving at a staggering pace in life; actually you might be doing nothing to speed your life, but then...suddenly you feel as though somebody has pulled the reins ! U can t go on...slowly but steadily you wish you could rest awhile.It is now you realize the amazing speed at which you were moving...everything around you,one by one comes to a standstill, but then u see things that's little farther away ain't stopping...only your life has been paused !!!
The suddenness of dropping speed, consumes you...confuses you..you know something is AMISS..but yet don t know, what is !
Boredom hits a high and then , you are in vacuum...you don t know whats coming or whats happening..u have all the time in the world..but then U really have nothing to do...but simply ponder in the ..HOLLOWNESS !
Never do people, of this age, more aptly....as a matter of fact, who are in the right senses, have the insanity or TIME to be like this. Its usually some sickness that dictates such a state of immobility. Its when you are supposed to be taking "rest", but then, you have no choice than to accept for your own good. On one hand you are afraid of how long this sickness will last, and on the other you are cursing, dunno who, for being left behind in the race ! Well, people under normal circumstances will not feel this, as actually a thought provoking scenario, where in u get confused of such things as getting left behind.
But when u are sick, you are at the mercy of others'. You cannot think clearly...its COLD, its DARK..you are drawn into a veil...its clouded ! The only time you can move or need to move is for medicines...time crawls...or does it..u ask ?! You just want to get out of it. Sometimes , you even feel guilty of the times when you have treated yourself, your health unsatisfactorily. You wish its not serious, wish that this is momentary, life will brighten up.
Every passing day, you wake up trying to lighten your day, but the veil is still there...And you are behind it !
Its now that, slowly, you begin to accept all this as a bad phase in life; times, you cannot run away from; a phase which everyone, someday or the other has to go through...
When time PAUSES you and goes ahead, you think of all the times, when u have incessantly wasted your time.
All the while, the rest was helping you..you slightly feel better...The remorse of having wasted time...begins to fade way with the illness....but for some...it teaches a lesson..Some glimpses that will remain etched in their mind, to remind them, when things, as sometimes it will, become harsh, only the time spend worthily will save you, from the guilt of resting without a choice !!
